First thing in the morning I didn't have water. I called Neighborhood Repair Pump Services right away when I knew there was a problem. We have a high water level and I had forgotten to put the sump pump in and told them so. Didn't know who to call when the well pump stopped because the well service we used ages ago had gone out of business. Called another one first and they said they couldn't come out for a couple weeks to diagnose the problem. This company got back to me the day after I inquired on their website and were out the next day. They cleaned up the cistern for me and pulled the pump and replaced it pretty quickly. Seems like a great family working together and covering a large area. Would highly recommend them.
